(“Yamazen”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the http://www.yamazen.com website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Yamazen.

Personally Identifiable Information
We may collect personally identifiable information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Site, register on the Site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, their name, email address, mailing address, and phone number. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. Non-Personal Identification Information
We may also collect non-personally identifiable information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Yamazen may collect and use Users’ personal information for the following purposes:

Yamazen does not track its customers over time and across third party websites for targeted advertising purposes. Accordingly, Yamazen and the Site do not respond to Do Not Track signals. Third parties cannot collect any other personally identifiable information from the Site unless you provide it to them directly.

Your California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section §1798.83 permits users of our Site that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
